Rebecca Eckler is a renowned Canadian author, journalist, columnist, avid reader, and now publisher of RE:BOOKS, celebrated for her candid and humorous writing style. The award-winning author of ten bestselling books—including Knocked Up: Confessions of a Hip Mother-to-Be and Blissfully Blended: The Uncomfortable Truth of Blending Families—she has captivated readers for more than twenty years with her witty takes on motherhood, relationships, and modern life.

Her work has appeared in leading publications across North America, cementing her reputation as one of the most recognizable voices in contemporary literature. Most recently, she launched Rivkah Books, a new imprint under RE:BOOKS dedicated to amplifying Jewish voices. Beyond her literary career, Rebecca is also a sought-after speaker and commentator. As an accomplished entrepreneur, she brings her wealth of experience, connections, and editorial expertise to CANREADS, ensuring every review is delivered with professionalism and high standards.

Chloe Faith Robinson is an award-winning literary editor based in Toronto, with a dynamic background in publishing. She has worked extensively with authors and publishers across North America and Europe, bringing a sharp editorial eye and collaborative spirit to every project. Chloe began her entrepreneurial journey early, founding an eco-conscious social venture while completing her graduate studies. Through strategic planning and innovation, she substantially scaled the venture before turning her focus fully to her passion: books.

She quickly carved out a space in the publishing world through her work with RE:BOOKS, Rakuten KOBO Originals, and other publishers, where she has acquired and edited over thirty titles—two of which have been optioned for film and television. Known for her creative agility and deep commitment to quality, Chloe is a driving force behind CANREADS, where she brings editorial expertise and business savvy to complement co-founder Rebecca’s seasoned industry knowledge.

Victoria D'Anna is a current publishing student at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). Before moving to Toronto, she graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts & Science (Honours). It was in university, editing her peers' essays, where she discovered her love for editing.

Her experience as a content editor for the literary and visual arts magazine Incite further solidified her love for shaping words. Although she is relatively new to the publishing world, Victoria's passion for books is longstanding. She is excited to hone her editorial skills at CANREADS while learning from the ones who started it all.
